We strive to dispatch all orders within 2–4 business days from Germany.
Orders placed on Fridays are typically shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.

Delays caused by customs authorities, courier services, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
Tracking & Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking link.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using the provided tracking number.
NailMeUp is not liable for delays or issues caused by:

customs clearance

local delivery services

force majeure (e.g. weather conditions, strikes)
For delivery updates, we recommend contacting your local postal service directly.
Incorrect Address, Customs Fees & Cancellation After Dispatch
If an order is returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

incorrect or incomplete shipping address

failure to pay required customs or import duties

cancellation request after dispatch
a partial refund will be issued.
The original shipping fee paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds are processed only after the returned parcel has been received by us in its original condition.

Return & Refund Policy
You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

unused

unworn

undamaged

returned in its original packaging

Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note: Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Refunds apply only to the value of the returned item(s).
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Custom-made or personalised Press-on Nails
(Made specifically for you and excluded from return, exchange, or cancellation) -
Opened, worn, or used Press-on Nails
(Due to hygiene regulations) -
Sale items
(All sale purchases are final) -
Used, worn, or damaged items
If a parcel is returned to us due to:

missed delivery attempts
-
refused delivery

incorrect or incomplete address

unpaid customs fees (international orders)
only the item value will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you wish to receive the items again, a new order must be placed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
All items are carefully inspected before shipping.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

❗ Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be accepted and may be classified as misuse.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that PayPal or other payment providers may require additional processing time.

International customers are responsible for:

If a parcel is returned due to:

the actual shipping costs incurred (typically €8–25, depending on package size) will be deducted from the refund.
